Alright. I learned this recipe from my brother. Apparently this is what he and his friends eat whenever they go about doing their nightly group study sessions (as well as their routine drinking sessions as well). Knowing that my brother couldn’t really cook, and that they ate this as a form of pulutan, I first had my doubts. But he proved me wrong. So, without further ado, here’s HIS recipe ad verbatim:
Well, it’s not your run-off-the-mill omelette. It’s more like combining a rigorously scrambled eggs with garlicky tuna. But then, his egg and tuna recipe really tasted good. If it didn’t, I wouldn’t post it here anyway. I’ll just prove to you my point when I post some pics of it. Till then!
may tinuro na ganyang recipe sa akin bestfrend ko dati..pero tuna flakes in oil ang gamit namin.idrain mo muna yung oil pero ireserved mo yun.tapos igisa mo na yung sibuyas half cook lang tas lagay na yung tuna flakes.durugin mo yun.pagdurog na saka mo lagay yung natitirang oil ng tuna.let it simmer then saka mo lagay yung egg.after 2- 3 mins okei na yun…sarap yun sa rice o kea sa crackers…
